Politique de remboursement
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact our customer service team immediately via email@example.com. with your order number and attaching an image of the item in the email. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The items must reach us within 14 days of the date of you receive the item. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
To eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your delivery cost cannot be refunded.
If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
